Cheerleaders add colour: What an idea, Sirji!

After the Indian Premier League, it was only a matter of time before cheerleaders made their presence in other forms of cricket. And this happened sooner, rather than later. The sponsors of the Idea Cup One-Day International series between India and Sri Lanka introduced cheerleaders to provide fun and entertainment. Dressed in lemon yellow costumes, the cheerleaders added colour and glamour as they performed acts at the beginning of the match, during breaks, at the time of boundaries and when a wicket falls.
