farhan	guys like kaif should have been included in the team,selectors have done well to pick yuvraj but why not kaif?actually these r the guys who r live wires in the field and it was because of them indian team did so well in their last campaing in south africa not to forget about others though.to add to this these guys r young n now quiet an experienced campaigner.so i was really looking kaif''s name in that world cup squad .mind it, kaif was the one who batted very well in india''s last tour of west indies and the selectors might have missed a trick here. anyways i am quiet happy with the team n hope india holds that trophy in barbados on 28th april 2007.so fingers crossed!!! good luck team india....................farhan ( Posted: Tuesday , February 13, 2007 at 23:29 )

raman	i do not see in any of the websites the timing of the matches - whether they are day matches or day night affairs and the time difference from the different venues to indian time. can anyone tell me. ( Posted: Tuesday , February 13, 2007 at 21:46 )
ICC website lists all matches as day matches starting 930 local Time - 1430 GMT. I am not sure how accurate this is as I was under the impression that WI islands fall in more than one Time Zone. I would also like to know the playing conditions and qualification criteria from super eights to semi-finals i.e. relative weightage of points, NRR, wins etc. but no mention of these in ICC website. v.sri naga aditya charan	my squad for the cricket world cup 2007: sachin , dravid ,ganguly , laxman ,zaheer khan ,kumble ,sehwag , yuveraj singh ,dhoni , harbhajan singh ,agarkar , dinesh karthik , munaf patel , shreeshanth ,irfan pathan Experience & efficiency are the trump cards that have to be utilized when it comes to a bigger stage & pride ,honour of the country is at stake, like the world cup. So as at crunch situations experienced players will come handy ; so i felt to include laxman , kumble in the team rather youngsters like ghambir or utthappa , powar(relatively inexperienced).
