at the end of the sydney test several questions arises 1. Why BCCI was not complained to ICC about the UMPIRING wrong decisions on first day itself? ( FOUR DECISIONS MADE AGAINST INDIA AND FAVOUR TO AUSTRALIA) 2. whether australian captain discussed with CA and INDIAN CAPT. about the racial issue before complaining to refree? why didnt do that? 3. why the refree left RICKY PONTING AND CLARKE FOR appealing a dubious catch ? 4. why MARK BENSON IN the ground closed in mouth while discussing with bhaji and sachin on field? these questions rises that the sydney test had been match fixed and an organized plan to damage morale of indian team

Sachin Tendulkar did not witness the whole incident. You can see on the video that he was only there for the end of it. The author states that having the victim as a witness is against basic principles of justice. Anyone who has seen a TV show knows that What would you all be saying if 3 Indians were saying an Aussie racially abused them? India have every right to be upset about the terrible umpiring and the confusion with the Michael Clarke catch, but you’re wrong about the Monkey thing. Harbhajan knew it was not ok to say this word, because the captains had spoken about it after an earlier incident.victims testify all the time. 3 eyewitnesses is strong evidence. How would you feel if 3 Indian cricketers were saying an Aussie had racially abused one of them? What would you all be saying if 3 Indians were saying an Aussie racially abused them? India have every right to be upset about the terrible umpiring and the confusion with the Michael Clarke catch, but you’re wrong about the Monkey thing. Harbhajan knew it was not ok to say this word, because the captains had spoken about it after an earlier incident. Tendulkar was not there when it happened, he was at the other end of the pitch.

Mett bhai! Where were u when the incident happenned, in Sydney ground? Bucknor, Benson and even Mr Integrity had not heard anything and u did hear something. If the incident was just opposite what would u say? Who are the 3 evidence. You want everybody to take the word of Michael Clarke? Comm''on man he is not even right in the catch incident. Your coloumn is the greatest joke in the beginning of the year. Did you come across the Graeme Smith incident? Smith was once accused by West Indies all-rounder Dwayne Bravo of racial abuse, but was cleared of those allegations for the lack of proof(no evidence from a player/umpire). Its just the same case here. You are saying that 3 Australian players saw the racial abuse and this is the evidence. What will u say about Ricky Ponting''s judgement on Michael Clarke''s catch. Will you accept that one? Sledging might be your own invention but dont think that it will not take a second to throw it back. Australia is the place where Boomerang was invented!! You will get what u throw!

well matt you may be right in wat u r saying...but the rules state that for the accused to be termed guilty either the umpires should have heard the comment or it shud have been caught on camera...and given neither of that happened,it was wrong to ban bhajji...
it certainly is an after affect of wat happened to symmonds in india which is highly regrettable...but there were hardly 20, 30 people who are cause of trouble in a crowd of thousands...and such incident has happened for the first time in india, but has happened many times in australia...

hi rajasekhar, you have made excellent point which i thought i was the only one to have and wanted to express. Proctor claims objectivity but has acted subjectively. he has dismissed Indian claims. There is no conclusive proof of what happened in the middle. he cannot charge or ban anybody. Even a novice in any arbitration process will know this. Proctor you have proved that you are incompetent to don the role of a match referee. The fact that Proctor is from SA and has experienced what racism is has no relevance to the handling of the hearing. ICC should lift the ban forthwith, which is based on Proctor''s determination.

Australia is afraid of India.... after taking 500 hard runs they thought of defeting india by an innings... but they were unable to do so... so they follwed all the other ways a scraed person will do... winning 16 matches in a row is a record indeed. but doing the same in this way is not so.... even a 10 yr old kiddo will not be intrested in playing a game of this kind

Once, Proctor penalised Latif (five tests) for bad sportsmanship for claiming a catch against Bangladesh when it was not clean. Why he is not penalising Ponting and Clarke for the same offence? Is there someone who is going to compalain about Proctor to ICC? Proctor has racist blood and protects that by charging others. Check his history, and there will be many more instances proving his racist blood. Proctor and Ponting are firing by keeping their guns on Symonds and Bucknor shoulders. Poor innocent guys.

Hello Scott! Open your eyes and see who''s the real school child. Claiming all those catches which are already grounded and jumping like kids!!! Look at your team and justify your words. Symonds is one of the greatest liars of all time. Did you see the the final day play, brother? Please check it and you will realize the emotion of every Indian.

Oh, yeah, You don''t complain? What about the most recent incident? Why do you guys went running to Mike Proctor ( who being white doesn''t know a thing about apartheid whether he is from South Africa or North Pole) 1. Giving Symonds benefit of doubt for a moment, what''s in the Monkey word that he is so worked-up? Does he want to be called Tom Cruise? 2. How do you know that Harbhajan made a racist comment? For all you know, it is Great Crook Ricky Ponting''s way of getting rid of the bowler who has been tormenting him for last two seasons.

Yes, rony! Not only the Umpires and Mr Procter are poor and will under perform, the ICC as well till the great Aussy Malcolm Speed is the CEO.

Mr Procter, says that he know what is racism as he is from South Africa. He must also know that Australia is the greatest Racist country of all time. Now Cricket Australia says that the 2nd test match was a fantastic one and adds that it is the Australian way of playing the game. They say, its is the way Cricket is taught from School level. Pity on Austalian players as it isn''t their fault but the racist blood running in their bodies since childhood. Symonds has to rememeber that it was the white aussies who shattered the aboriginal tribe he belong to and not any asian. Let him ask his inner consious who the real racist is. Each and every Australian player not only put verbal accuse to an opponent but to their family members as well. It is their cultural heritage and that''s how they live.
