sibi posted;sibi mike procter coach of the south african cricket team has no right to comment on the pitches.In newzealand the ball seams, in aus there is bounce,in eng there is swing and in india the ball spins,keeps low.so the foreign team should adopt to the condition.when aus toured india they were able win matches even though the pitches were low and since they are able to adopt to different condions they are the no.1 team.so the south african team should shout up their mouth and move forward and they can''t expect durban or wanderes wickets everywere in the world.if south africa are a good team then they should thrash aus in aus comprehensively which i don''t think its going to happen also remember aus thrashed sa in their last test series in sa after the narrow odi series loss. Anand Madanapalle Look... in New Zealand, there is bouonce and swing. In australia, there is seam and bounce. In England, there is swing and seam and in South Africa, there is bounce and seam. And in India, there is spin and low bounce. Where is the problem? We need different wickets all over the world and India provides a certain type of wickets. Chaminda Perera Mickey has found Ahmedabad ''the best''. The good reason is that his team won there. They bundled out
for 76 in the first outing.No doubt, the pictch was fault less !!!


Now come to Kanpur....South Aficans were outplayed. They were skittled out for 121 in their second innings.HERE THE PICTCH IS BAD !, Say the wise men from the African continent.

Justin Micky Arthur is not ready to accept the fact that they were beaten by a very good spin attack.Never mind whether it Kanpur or any other Pitch in the Sub-continent.Harbhajan or Sehwag are going to turn the ball and get the bounce,Sadly they haven''t got a spinner who could turn the Ball. more ramprabhu s Arthur forgot the pitch they prepared for the T20 clash with India. the sad thing is they fell in to their own trap(fast swinging pitch). mate..all home team pepare pitches to their strength.. what deadly thing u had in the pitch

harish arthur u better shut your mouth and get lost to south africa.you guys leave inch long grass on the pitch in durban to assist your bowlers. why should not we do that in outr backyerd for our spinners. no one dared to tell that there was more grass on motera but talk about kanpur. Rajesh No point cribbing Mickey, Test Cricket is all about this, host country challenges the visitor in their condition, and thats why you call it REAL CRICKET. Complaining after the match is further more ridiculous act, why did SA or Match Referee did not react before the match... when Motera pitch was to ur tune, u never complained... Guys !!! Don''t follow Australians... Become a good loser... Though you claim that u r disappointed but not misery... so every word of your article talks about the miserable feeling ... Rahul I think hats off to Mickey Arthur & Smith for being extremely honest & competitive in this series. My respect for SA team has increased manifold for the way they have conducted in the past few days. The best thing about the coach is not once has he cribbed about the pitch & has been extremely honest in admitting that they would have done the same had they been 0-1 down going into the last match. I think we can''t expect better visiting team in terms of performance, conduct & attitude. May you win the series against Australia. You deserve that.
