On what basis in the last Delhi match Man-of-the-match was awarded to you?. The performers who performed better then you rank wise in order according to me was. First, Morkel, second Vidyut then Fleming, Gony, Balaji, Murali (for tight bowling) and no other are fit to get man-of-the-match award that includes you. This should not send wrong message to others that scoring run a ball will fetch man-of-the-match award.

The local players need to lift up Chennai. Dhoni can''t do it alone. They are really thin without Hayden. Hussey and Oram. I''d play Raina at 3 and Badrinath at 4. Find a real opener in place of Parthiv and a solid batsman/all rounder for number 6 spot. Chennai does not have any part time bowling option either that can be used as the sixth bowler. Joginder Sharma and Nitni haven''t been good enough.

I think you are correct other players are performing far better then Dhoni in Chennai team. He almost gifted away the match to Delhi and he still gets man-of-the-award and cheque. Even if he never plays money like a magnet goes to him. Very poor foolish judges are deciding the man-of-the-match award. Hope they are not having a share in the man-of-the-match award money.

I''m a chennaite and a CSK fan, but am first and foremost, a Dhoni fan. Yes, the previous two loses were disappointing, but just put that behind us now and look ahead to all the wins we have. Dhoni will win and so will the CSK all their remaining matches. The superkings will rule!

Instead of trying hard to condemn our honest and sincere Captain Dhoni, let''s show some gratitude and courage in praising the talent and genius of our marvellous captain- MS Dhoni.

Whether Dhoni has technique or not, it''s irrelevent. What is important is that we want TEAM INDIA to win, and Dhoni PLAYS TO MAKE THE INDIAN TEAM WIN. Unlike the great "technically sound" players like Dravid, Sachin and Ganguly, Dhoni plays for TEAM INDIA and not for his personal milestones and records. And what makes Dhoni so very special is that he''s brutally honest and transparent in his intentions, which is such a relief from any previous Captain we have had. We want TEAM INDIA to win the World Cup ( 50 overs), Dhoni has already won us the T20 world cup in his first assignment as Captain, and he is our only hope to win world cup 2011. It''s all very well and quite ungrateful to remark that Dhoni is suited to play only T5, T10 etc. But just think, the great Sachins, Dravids and Gangulys for all their techinical prowess, could not even win a single world cup for TEAM INDIA, let alone a T20 match, and neither could they tame the Aussies in their own back yard throughout their long careers in Indian cricket. Only one man could achieve this- He is our MS Dhoni.

I see that some of you have started realizing what Dhoni is good at and what he is not. Well, I was watching yesterday''s match between Chennai Kings and Rajasthan Royals more to see Shane Warne bowling after a long time. I was very amused to see Dhoni facing up to Warne and how he was struggling. Now, if one had the relevant technique, they would have been able to negotiate Warne''s spinners but when we have some one like Dhoni who brings his bat down from the general direction of point, what else can one expect but ..... I atleast got some weekend entertainment. Mr Dhoni may have excellent bat speed and a lot of muscle power but one needs some basic batting technique. Compared to the others in your team like Badrinath, Vidyut, etc, he has very poor technique and will be only suitable for T5, T10, T20 and that too against the average bowler. Yes he may be a successfull caption for India but that has been because of the others in the team. Even his keeping skills are pretty ugly and more often it looks like the ball catching the gloves rather than the other way around.

Fantastically said and I agree each and every points detailed by you. You are to the point and have intelligently weighted the strength and weaknesses of the team as a whole. Dhoni seems to be the weak link in the whole of the team. But he has luck and that keeps him in the team. Lest he would have at his home watching T.V, or posing to some third class advertisements. I am a CSK fan. What about you?.

Hi Dhoni, someday you will become the most successful captain of India. And under your leadership India will be World champ in all forms of the game. But dont become arrogant ... respect senior cricketers and love your juniors as your younger brothers.Just dont be a great cricketer .Be a great man as well.Best of luck.
