Ganguly's omission is a big surprise

The Indians announced their one-day squad on Sunday, and the notable omission was the name of Sourav Ganguly. He has been a terrific one-day player for India, and looks in superb touch. Prabhash	Saurav gaungaly is a trend setter in opening partner ship along with sachine tendelkar after hayenes & greenidge.Oir pair is as ferocious as they were to the world of cricket.Accomodating the young talent at the cost proven talent is some thing rediculous.Why not we have a young selectors instead of experienced.why we go for experienced umpires.A man should be retained so long as he delivers result. aakash nair	i totally agree with u ricky . ganguly and dravid r too good players to be dropped.the selectors have the right to carry out experiments with the team combination but against a team like australia it would be clean and clear foolishness. young bloods r required but experience cannot be ignored . all i want 2 say is that our selectors are out of form . Anand Swamy	Omission of Rahul and Sourav is in the right direction looking for young blood. Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma are excellent fielders and their inclusion would mean India would be easily saving 30-40 runs in the field in addition to the runs they score.
