Sale and Delivery of Goods
The display of goods and services on this Web Site is in the form of an ‘invitation to offer’. Your order for purchase of products constitutes an ‘offer’ and is subject to availability of the goods. On providing us with the credit card details you represent and warrant that you have the right and authority to provide us with the above details and make the above offer. Once you make an offer, such offer shall become irrevocable.
The acceptance of your offer to purchase the goods is subject to our receipt of the demand draft issued in our favor and encashment of the same, or on acceptance of your credit card details by our payment gateway system.
If for any reason we are unable to provide you with the goods we shall inform you about the same. Our liability, if any for non-delivery or supply of the goods shall be restricted to refunding the monies that we would have received for the delivery or supply of goods.
We have no control over the quality of the goods that are advertised on our Web Site. We do not warrant that the seller will deliver the goods to you.
We shall use reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods that you have offered to purchase reach you, within 4 days if you are situated in India and 10 days if you are situated outside India, subject to ready availability of the goods and support services to deliver the above goods.
You shall verify the condition and the quality of the goods on delivery and shall report any discrepancy or deficiency in the goods on the counterfoil of the delivery note of the courier. If there is any defect or deficiency in the goods you shall immediately return the goods by the same courier service, in any event not later then 24 hours after delivery of the goods.
If for any reason you wish to obtain any refund for any payment made towards the goods supplied to you, you shall claim such reimbursement from the supplier of the goods.
In the event that you have a dispute with the supplier of the goods, you release us (and our officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.
