Our franchisee did not pressurise us
It's good to be back to our winning ways once again, with two victories in our last two games. I don't believe in anything like momentum when it comes to Twenty20 cricket, because, as we have seen in this tournament, you win some and lose some.
At this stage in the tournament, the tussle for the semi-finals has got intense, but two sides, the Bangalore Royal Challengers and Hyderabad Deccan Chargers are out of the running. This does not mean that they will not make an impact on the semi-finals any more. In fact, they are even more dangerous now because they have nothing to lose, but could still spoil the party for some semi-final hopefuls.
The Deccan Chargers had a very strong batting line-up, and even though their bowling was their weaker suit, it was more than compensated by the team's hard hitting ability. Unfortunately, they were not able to win at regular intervals and the pressure got to the players. Fortunately, we were able to break the chain of losses quickly, and for that I would also like to mention the role played by our franchisee.
Having had a long association with cricket, they knew that in this sport winning and losing are part of the game, and they were more interested in the effort than in the result. There was no pressure, subtle or obvious exerted on us, and we were allowed to play our natural game.

HI Dhoni, I will agree with you some extent but not completely, if we guess different possible combinations of wins and loses, Bangalore Royal Challengers are not completely out of game still there is a possibility of making semifinals. As we all know Cricket is unpredictable.

hi msd.........dont worry....u ll ve faith on bowlers that when they cant come well in the 1st over they ll come back strongly in the another over..........v ve seen u many times like this in ur captaincy.........but it was reversed yesterday..........when the man like sanath bats in such a way no one can stop him & ur efforts to pull the score till 156 s brilliant wid badrinath..........better come up the order at 3 or 4........bcoz u ve ability to stop the fall of wkts..........b carefull wid kolkata crowd & their team...........the team has strong bowling line up......but not gud batting line up........tell ur team mates to face them care fully.......once u start smashing kkr bowlers victory s urs.........that crowd blindly support kolkata instead of gud cricket.......ur team has strong middle order batting line up ......its very pleasing to say that put flemming away bcoz winning matters..........& give chance to other local bowlers where u can find them as surprise package instead of kapugerdera.......when ever u wins no one find any mistakes & they say that u ll rock ..........when ever u lose ppl ll find hell of mistakes...........wat ever it s v ll always support & ur true fans ll always support u ..............u ll definitely deliver ur best at the nation level wid the talents ur getting from this ipl...............

Stephen Fleming is not a replacement for Matthew Hayden. He is not giving the perfect start as Matthew Hayden gave in the first four games. So induct some other better players for opening slot in place of Stephen Fleming.
