kewal budhiraja	minnows should be sent to nursery first , then to primary and so on... Have u ever seen a student directly taking a degree exam without spending 12 hard years at school. So ICC should not waste money by directly allowing these minnows to play in the supreme version of the game. Only Bangladesh and Zimbawe should have been allowed alongwith top 8. It is not bad to encourage /spread cricket all around the world, but train these teams at our Ranjis, English County, Pakistan domestic cricket and Austrlian domestic seasson.
