Rakesh Singh Let India play to its strength, and I think spinning the world on our home pitches is our history and mastering the same spin is what our batsmen are very much capable of.
So why not lay wickets like Kanpur but that doesen''t mean that we do not lay sporting pitches. Ideally we should have both to produce the best out of our domestic raw talents. ( Posted: Monday , April 28, 2008 at 14:30 )

lviss AM WRITING THIS AFTER THE FIRST FEW IPL MATCHES. IN THE MATCHES PLAYED SO FAR THE HOME TEAM LOST THE MATCHES CONVINCINGLY..WHAT TO MAKE OF IT. IN FACT THE PITCHES ARE HOME PITCHES FOR ALL THE IPL TEAMS . YET THEY COULDNT GET THEIR HOME CROWDS ROARING FOR THEM. UNLESS U BACK THE HOME PITCH ADVANTAGE WITH A GOOD TEAM ALL WILL GO TO WASTE.
