subu Well at last something to show excatly what you are.It was a nice article and surely you do not see much of these now a days in this materialistice world.

The message is very clear....the cricket team can bring a lot of cheer to the masses by just performing well. I can now see why Jha tends to write contoversial topics most of the time...it is simply good to bitch about.

Nevertheless articles like this one can educate the youth of this country who are on a different track today.

Raj Mr. Jha, whether you agree or not whoever may be the captain, if Dravid fails , 80% of the chance is that India fail. What is the use if players make runs and India do not win . If you look at past two years record, Dravid carried innnings along with either Dhoni or Yuvaraj to register win for India. He is most suitable for a pressure cooker kind of situation.

At Rajkot when India loss the match Dhoni and Karthik were playing but two together can''t register a win. Look at how Dhoni played when Dravid was around at Goa.

Dravid''s presence is sufficient enough to create self belief to win matches .

Dear Jha, if you are so facinated about Ganguly''s captaincy, tell me how about making Ganguly the captain again and no Dravid in the team ? ( Posted: Friday , February 16, 2007 at 01:51 )       
Vroom Another Iyer, Another Kannadiga and the same old story. There goes another K disparaging another player just to show Dravid as a great/ When will you kannadigas realize that you dont have to mindlessly critcize Ganguly or Sachin to make Draid great. If India wins the world cup under Dravid-Chappel leadership then Dravid will be hailed as great Captain and no Ganguly or Sachin can take away from that. Similarly if India loses then Dravid and Chappel might have to face the sack because fans expectations are huge and BCCI bosses has to placate the fans. Mindlessly criticizing Ganguly will not save Dravid because Ganguly will definitley not be the captain anymore. Maybe Sachin or somebody younger like Yuvraj. What will you K do then?? Mindlessly go on criticizing Yuvraj in that forlorn hope that Uthappa would be made Captain???
C''mon pls pls come out of this regionalism stuff and give every players their recognition. if your regionalism/fanaticism prevents you from doing that, atleast don''t disparage them. Mr.Jha....i think u shouldn''t be an jurno..but a politican coz you fit better in that outfit then what crap you write.i have been following your column since sometime, not because you write great stuff but coz what you write is a biased column, i think it should be called "DIE HARD GANGULY FAN COLUMN".Team INDIA is a team and we should appreciate their victories and stand by then during slump..not look at the game as Ganguly criket or Sachin criket.i really don''t knw what you have towards Dravid,but he is a gentleman with charecter and ethic who is un biased.He is the wall of Team India, and is indespensable.i am not saying this b''coz i am a Dravid fan etc, i am saying this b''coz i am a true Indian with unbaised opinion.I like Ganguly a lot for his agression, Sachin as he is the master of the game and all others.I request you to write good blogs / articles which is unbaised and has quality.One should write good stuff with unity and intregrity and not something that demoralise others as well as the players.It wud be like divide and rule.lets not have that...coz we are Indians and Team India means a lot to each one of us. Viswajeet Iyer Kudos for Indian team for such an emphatic victroy. Can forsee Jackass-Mr Jha to come out with another trumpeting, chest beating edition of SG''s brilliant day-No doubt it was good and DADA being in the best of form augurs well for india. The point i have to make is had DADA shown the same attitude, hunger ...etc in his fielding efforts earlier in most of the 300 odd odi''s he must have played,- as he showed when he took that gr8 catch, imagine how many matches we would have saved- if not won...! The sad aspect is the all the news channels and media wallah''s will now go to town heralding a new beginning, new era etc....and not give enough thought to the fact that this attitude, concentration on fielding, the hunger to chase down each ball would have made such a huge difference to india in the past matches....However it is still a win and hope this continues & manage to win the WC!! vijay hi chika !!saurav''s comeback can be rated as one of the greatset comebacks.because the hype which the media and the game itself created is so much so that saurav had really struggle for no great reason.we s''d n''t forget that he wasn''t sleeping when he was the captain.and we all s''d remember that the team(new comers) which was built during his captaincy is infact going to the world cup 2007 but for kaif.
so who so ever has criticised saurav in the cricketing fraternity s''d really feel ashamed as saurav is back to oneday arena like never before.

more SARCASM PAYS O MY GOD ... O MY GOD ... O MY GOD !!! This is sacrilege.... Sachin scored just ONE in today''s ODI at GOA... and look at Ganguly ... he scored a BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED, MASTERFULLY DESIGNED, SUPER DUPER .. .FORTY EIGHT !!! And what the hell Dravid .. who asked you to score that rubbish half century?? huh ?? You should have got out just after scoring your 10000 runs!! After all you play only for records!! Look at Sachin, he doesnt need to score always, after all he''s a dem-god.. right? And his place is secured. Sehwag sahab, you did absolutely right, scored three "flukey" boundaries and got out, dont worry yaar, Ganguly is there to score all the runs, after all he''s the BRAVEHEART of all!!

Jokes apart guys ... I see another sehwag-sachin bashing AND Ganguly worshipping article cooking in Mr. Jha''s brains (brains ??). Believe me, its in the offing.
