Robert	I think selection of Dinesh Mongia was a mistake. Sewag should have been selected for test matches and not for one days. He has been a big failure in one days. How come they have not named no Vice Captain this time not for one days and not for tests either. chand	I think we should have a strong willed forign coach,with total control along wiith a paid selection comittee who recommend rather than select the team.the ultimate responsibilty should lie with coach and captain without interference from anybody with vested interest. Prem	Personally I think it was unfair to Ganguly. He proved himself by getting fit and earned his place in the Indian squad. Yes he had a slow inning but think of a score without his contribution. He had aggression which was good and will do good for the team. I personally think that Ganguly has been "rested" so that it does not feel like Sachin has been dropped from the team. rajspen	In his cricketing days Dilip vengsarkar was called as "sleeping colonel". He seems to have justified his name by sleeping across once again while naming the team for Bangladesh. He looks to be totally confused as to what direction he wants the Indian cricket to move. After the world cup debacle all the cricket pundits from the current cricket manager Ravi shastri to officials of Indian cricket board, people had insisted that they would go for young blood. But they seem to have been totally confused as to who should represent India.There is no difference in the new team same failed horses are getting repeated inspite of their failures. Youngsters inspite of struggling hard in the domestic circuit are not given enough chance as the selectors still rely on the old failed horses. The selection is still zonal biased.Zonal influence is still considered a criteria for selection rather than the performance of the individual. Two wrong changes: Inclusion of Dinesh mongia instead of rohit sharma a youngster in very good form, going to bangladesh would have been a good experience for him. Other wrong change was VRV singh we have seen him in south africa , he can do much on bouncy pitches should have given chance to Bose who is taking wickets on dead pitches..what do u think.... A. Sen	A NEGATIVE step can never be BOLD move. BCCI (NOT the selectors) picked and dropped players not due to any vision, but as part of the power game. Dravid showed no leadership quality for last one year and just whined that the team is not supporting and he continued as captain. Ganguly and Tendulkar are removed so that Dravid has no challenge for his pathetic captaincy. Uthappa, Dhoni scored 30 in 3 innings, but are well settled in team. R.P. singh, Piyush Chawla were tried earlier and were found wanting in international level, but are included to please one of the BCCI yesman: Jagdale. It is strange that Jagdale didn''t lobby for Kaif, the only talent available in his zone. Ranadev Bose took 58 wickets in Ranji, but is still out. (The next highest is Joginder Sharma, 38, who already played for India). Mongia was included due to Shashtri''s insistence and Sehwag for Dravid''s insistence. Sehwag''s performance in world cup was not the reason: he is one of the six in that ''famous'' AD with Dravid. Overall, there is nothing BOLD, it''s the chamcha-raj that is going on. Milind	Why doesn''t the Indian public have patience.After three series the captain is going to be changed.I know India hates Dravid.The selectors also do not like Dravid.If somebody else becomes the captain, he will try and drop Dravid.In today''s paper TOI Lara has spoken highly of Dravid.Iam sure now he won''t be liked by the Indians. neel	Where are the youngsters. The Test Team is pathetic with the likes of Tendulkar, Ganguly, Laxman and Kumble who are well past their best. The ODI Selection is only marginally better but there is only one new face - Manoj Tewari. On what basis has Sehwag retained his ODI spot. And Zaheer Khan should never ne in the Test Side.
